My name is Derek Young and I received my Ph.D. in 2007 from the Department of Statistics at Penn State University. I am currently an associate professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Kentucky. Prior to my current position, I worked as a Senior Statistician at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory and a Research Mathematical Statistician at the U.S. Census Bureau.
